YES If you have the login credentials for your existing domain or you can get in contact with your vendor who registered your domain originally. In that case we can pull that domain for you and we can keep all the URLs same. Also, we can create a complete new domain and redirect it from old domain to the new one if we have the domain vendor credentials.

It depends on what package you're availing from us. Generally the answer is NO.

We provide you free technical support and assistance for 1 year. We always help our clients with our free services within a package as long as we do not have to get a paid plugin or functionality which is not available for free.

We have our reseller program and Online Presence program where in you can avail most of the benefits with no upfront payment. It includes almost everything on a monthly basis.

We have 3 sets of criteria:

• Normal Packages: here we charge 60% of the amount before your project starts and remaining 40% via Post Dated Cheque (PDC) at the time of SIGN UP with Orbosys Cooperation.
• Offer/ Discount Packages: The short term offer packages can be availed by paying 100% amount in advance.
• Reseller Program: Our Free Website package and Online presence package are available where you do not need to pay anything upfront.

NO, there is no bond but we have a one page enrollment form which is required to be filled by the client side for our client list. This form will have general information and the services you will be availing along with an approved quotation.

Not exactly, it always depends upon your requirements. We do have a minimum criteria though. Also, our firm keeps on having some discount program which can be availed time to time.

The next step will be reviewing and updating the draft copy of the website. Client can request to make ongoing changes and updates on which our dedicated technical project team will be helping you throughout the process to meet your satisfaction level for the website.

The final draft will be on a dummy URL and will require your approval to go online. Once the remaining 40% amount is credited their project will be delivered and here you go they go online.
